Through the practices of Pilates, mobility, strength training, functional human motion, fascial care and somatic practices, we are able to liberate ourselves from previous boundaries, and enable a lifetime of movement exploration. We are made up of so much more than muscle and bone. Range brings awareness to our supple tissues, resilient nervous systems, sensitive hearts and our collective yearning to feel connected to both self and community. We drink coffee and tea while we build strength. We laugh as we celebrate the weirdness of being human. We call upon the influence of undulating bodies of water, wind, plant life, animal friends and other biomorphic shapes as a remembering that WE are nature. In a world that has overcomplicated what it means to be well, Range celebrates what it means to be human - by connecting to ourselves and the world we live in.
