This 35 minute version of The Origin utilizes a dish towel and light set of weights. So, the title is TOTALLY clickbait. I would love for us all to move away from this idea of "posture" as being an ideal shape for our body. We all have completely individual bodies - so the more that we value our joints ability to be stable AND mobile - the better we will feel. This class focuses heavily on the function of the shoulder girdle and spine.
